SlurryKat offer a bespoke solution for perfect and optimum mixing of all size and types of Bio Gas digester tanks which includes a full range of mixing systems from primary digester, secondary digester through to final higher pressure gas storage tanks.
We have solutions for high pressure applications and also our mixers can infinitely easily adjusted in mixing angle and depth to suit changeable tank levels as is often seen in today's modern Bio Gas tanks.
Our Models range from the BGS 80 which is often used in secondary fermentation tanks for smooth constant homogenisation through to the aggressive BGS 500 for applications in primary tanks where the materials are added and require aggressive high speed agitation initially to get the fermentation process moving rapidly.

Infinite Hydraulic Angle Adjustment System
Tilting can be done automatically with level sensor and controlled by the plants control system or manually with hydraulic hand pump. The tilting system is also fitted with anti-vibration pads.

Integrated Tank Mounted Frames
Mounting frames for each mixer type can be manufactured to be "cast" into the tank wall or alternatively made to suit steel tanks also – see images below.
