Due to expansion, we are looking to add to our shot blast team.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Shot blasting farm machinery, & components
- Operating and maintaining blasting equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspecting completed work to ensure consistent quality
- Supporting the wider workshop team where required
- Following all company health & safety procedures
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Previous experience in shot blasting or surface preparation (preferred)
- Ability to work with a variety of equipment and components
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Good understanding of safe equipment operation
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a busy team
- Prepare and clean surfaces for painting and refurbishment.

- Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1700
- Friday - 0800 - 1400
