Shot Blast Operative

Due to expansion, we are looking to add to our shot blast team.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Shot blasting farm machinery, & components 
• Operating and maintaining blasting equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspecting completed work to ensure consistent quality
• Supporting the wider workshop team where required
• Following all company health & safety procedures

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in shot blasting or surface preparation (preferred)
• Ability to work with a variety of equipment and components 
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Good understanding of safe equipment operation
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a busy team
• Prepare and clean surfaces for painting and refurbishment.

Details & Benefits:

• Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1700
• Friday - 0800 - 1400
• Competitive pay based on experience
