The Role

Working within our manufacturing facility, you will be involved in the fabrication and welding of agricultural machinery to the highest standards. You'll work from technical drawings, use your own initiative, and contribute to maintaining the quality that SlurryKat is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Fabrication and welding of agricultural machinery and components.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and dimensions.
• Working efficiently within a busy manufacturing environment.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Adhering to all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Supporting production targets while maintaining product quality.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to maximise productivity.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a welding or fabrication role.
• Ability to confidently read and work from technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team to be an integral part of the production team.
• Flexible approach to working hours when required.
• Forklift licence beneficial, but not essential.
